In order to provide the optimum guidance to your business process and transition, we will gather certain personal and financial information. We consider this information to be private and confidential.

An important part of the sale of any business is to keep the transaction confidential. Any potential buyers, brokers, or funding sources will be required to sign our non-disclosure agreement before receiving any information about your firm. You have the opportunity to screen out any potential purchasers, such as competitors or customers, at the time of the signing of the NDA.

It is our policy that we do not disclose any nonpublic information about you to anyone, except as necessary to establish and manage any accounts you may open with our firm or to pursue the business relationship you have requested or as permitted by law. We limit access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products and services to you.
